Putting our Agreement in Place
In this agreement we are wideshoefittings.co.uk the online shop of Ray Bowles Wide Shoe Fittings Welling, 19 Bellegrove Road, Welling, Kent. DA16 3PA and you are the person detailed on the order form.
Our agreement is made on the date we deduct payment from your credit card the details of which you provide on your order form. Our acceptance of your order by the delivery of the goods constitute a legally binding contract between us on these terms and conditions.
Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier, just browse our online store, click on any item you wish to buy put them in the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "checkout" and you will be asked a few details that we need to fulfil your order.
We accept all major credit cards : Visa, Switch, Maestro, Solo, Electron and Delta.

Shipping and Handling
Delivery within mainland U.K. is FREE OF CHARGE if your order value is over £30, otherwise it is charged at £2.50.
Please note that destinations are restricted to the United Kingdom however we will consider other destinations by prior arrangement :e-mail us at sales@wideshoefittings.co.uk should you wish to discuss this further.
Delivery Schedule
We endeavour to fulfil orders within 2/3 working days. In the unlikely event or unavailability, we shall e-mail you immediately our expected delivery promise. At any time up to this point you will have the option to cancel. If a particular item you have ordered cannot be supplied, you will be e-mailed with the option to cancel. We may need to request that the goods are sent to you direct from our suppliers in this case allow up to 10 days for delivery. Credit Card Security
Our shopping system is fully protected from fraud. All credit cards card numbers are encrypted in software when the order is placed using 256 bit encryption and transferred using encrypted technology. They are decrypted when they reach our computer and not held in clear text on any website.
Tax
For orders in the U.K. 17.5% VAT is included.
Satisfaction Guarantee and Returns Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may return within 28 days of dispatch. All we ask is that you send them back to us in the condition you receive them, not worn or damaged, and in the original box and packaging. you may request a replacement product which we will dispatch to you subject to availability on receipt of the original products which were not suitable for you. Alternativelt we will provide a full refund using the credit card used when the order was placed.
This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.
Returning Goods
Please make sure your order number is on the returns form enclosed in the bag when you received the order. Please indicate your wishes clearly on the returns form. You will need to obtain a Proof of Posting certificate from the Post Office just in case the parcel goes missing as it is your responsibility until it is received by ourselves.
Please note we do not refund the cost of postage.
In the unlikely event that your shoes are faulty or damaged when you receive them or yoou have been sent the wrong shoes, we will meet the cost for you to post them back to us and we will offer you an exchange or refund on your purchase.

General
If any provision of this agreement is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part the validity of the other provisions of this agreement and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected thereby. This contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law.
